This is a private 60-minute session designed to give you space. There's no agenda you need to prepare, and you don't have to pretend like everything is ok. You come as you are that day, whether you're tired, unsure, or not quite yourself, and I meet you there. Some sessions include Reiki, some start with a Tarot reading, and are filled with conversation. Others are simply quiet, guided meditation and breathing, without anything more. I follow what your energy truly needs, not a predetermined script. I'm here to create a space where your spirit can express itself and where the wisdom inside you can finally be heard.
